Partner Privacy Policy

We collect owner and property information directly from you when you onboard, update your listings, or use the Stay Partner tools. Typical data sets include:

• KYC details including government-issued ID and GST/PAN information
• Business contact information for the property and authorized staff
• Banking details shared through the payout onboarding flow
• Operational data such as property performance, occupancy, and support tickets
• Technical telemetry from the Stay Partner dashboard and mobile apps

We may also receive limited information from government portals or financial institutions to verify compliance obligations.

Partner data is processed under legitimate interest and contract necessity to operate the Stay Mantralayam marketplace. Core uses include:

• Verifying your identity and eligibility to list properties on Stay Mantralayam
• Operating core partner tools such as property management, payouts, and analytics
• Detecting fraud or misuse of the platform and ensuring account security
• Providing owner support and responding to compliance or tax inquiries
• Sending critical communications about policy updates, security, or service disruptions

We never sell partner data. Optional marketing messages are sent only with your prior consent and can be disabled at any time from the partner settings page.

Stay Mantralayam stores data on secure cloud infrastructure within India with backups in jurisdictions that provide comparable data protection safeguards. We share partner data only with:

• Payment processors and banking partners to settle payouts
• Statutory authorities when we have a legal obligation to do so
• Trusted infrastructure vendors that host the Stay Mantralayam platform
• Professional advisors (legal, tax, audit) who support our business operations

All vendors are bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements that mirror our obligations under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

Partner records are retained for the lifecycle of the commercial relationship and for up to 7 years thereafter to comply with tax and accounting laws. You can request deletion of non-statutory data by emailing privacy@staymantralayam.in.

Partners must handle guest information obtained through Stay Mantralayam in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable laws. Unauthorized sharing, scraping, or selling of guest data is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
