Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Stay Mantralaya, we strive to provide pilgrims with a comfortable and hassle-free booking experience. We understand that plans may change, and this policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for hotel bookings made through our platform.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers may cancel their booking by contacting our support team or through their booking dashboard.
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund (after deducting payment gateway charges, if any).
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may not be eligible for a refund and are subject to hotel policy.

2. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive at the property on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the booking amount will be non-refundable.

3. Modification of Booking

Guests may request changes in booking dates, subject to hotel availability. Rate differences (if any) will apply. Modification requests should be made at least 48 hours before check-in.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of payment gateway or bank delays, Stay Mantralaya will not be liable for additional time taken by third-party processors.

5. Hotel-Specific Policies

Certain hotels may have their own cancellation and refund rules. Guests are requested to review hotel-specific terms before confirming their booking.
